All You Mead Sip and Learn at 1899 Bar & Grill

Join us for a fun afternoon of tasting and creating MEAD, the oldest known alcohol to human kind. Come learn about this elixir of the gods while tasting a variety of our dry meads, followed by balancing with acids, tannins and spices. You’ll learn the process of making this honey wine, getting an insider’s understanding to what’s involved.

Experience the taste of high-quality, local mead inside the historic 1899 Bar & Grill dining room at this private event. It is designed to please experienced mead drinkers and beginners alike. Don’t miss out.

What’s included?

• Three 1oz samples of locally brewed mead (various flavors) from All You Mead
• One 6oz sample of your favorite mead, to be used for balancing/flavoring
• Education session with mead brewing experts: Kyle and Vanessa Winfree

Limited Seating

• in order to maintain a level of intimacy, seating is limited to 50
• purchase tickets through the NAU Central Ticket Office
• two to eight per table
