All You Mead Sip and Learn at 1899
Sunday, November 16, 2:30-4:30PM. Join us for a fun afternoon of tasting and creating MEAD, the oldest known alcohol to human kind. Come learn about this elixir of the gods while tasting a variety of our dry meads, followed by balancing with acids, tannins and spices. You’ll learn the process of making this honey wine, getting an insider’s understanding to what’s involved.
