$35 per person

Learn the process of making honey wine and get an insider’s understanding to what’s involved. Led by All You Mead owners, Kyle and Vanessa Winfree.

Taste a variety of dry meads; then balance with acids, tannins and spices to create your own flavor.

Price includes
• tasting and balancing mead
• 1899 cheese board/snacks
• mead expertise from Kyle and Vanessa

Extras
• Mead on tap $11 per glass
• Bottles of mead sold for $40 (regularly $50)
• Additional appetizers: Crispy Cheese Curds, Fried Cauliflower [NFG], Hummus and Veggies [NFG], Pretzel Sticks, BBQ Pork Flatbread
• Full bar available for non-mead tagalongs 🙂
